International Order Policy

Due to the high volume of credit card fraud on international orders, we have established the following policy. We apologize for any inconvenience. (Minimum order $100 US)

All orders that are shipped outside the U.S. must be pre paid, in U.S. funds via a certified check, International US Postal money order, American Express money order, and also with a  major credit card. (See credit cards below) 

To Order with Certified Check or Money Orders:

Shop our on-line store and add products to your shopping cart, then click on check out, print the order form and fax or mail it to us. Be sure to fill in all contact information. We will confirm your order and contact you via e-mail with the total including shipping charges.

International Credit Card Users:

For first time International customers using a credit card we must receive the following via fax at: (724)-428-4453 (contact your operator for the access code of the U.S.)

Mail to: JWA Enterprises * Enterprise Circle * Sycamore, PA 15364

• A readable photocopy of the front and back of your credit card.
• A photo ID with signature that matches the signature on the back of your credit card.
• Your daytime or home telephone number and e-mail address.
• A signed photo copy of the Credit Card Authorization Contract. (Click on Authorization Contract to print.)

Note: We suggest you check your customs and postal departments for import information. You may be required to pay duty and tax upon receipt of merchandise.
